It´s very easy. “Skype” is a free program you can download from internet (skype.com). To use this program you have to download it which can be done in a couple of minutes. After installing this program you can call any other computer around the world that has the same program at no extra charge. The only thing you need is an internet connection, a microphone, and speakers. To contact us, write our user name, which is: “magic webmaster”.

Our office hours try to accomodate multiple time zones, from Monday to Friday, 6:00 to 12:00 PM, spanish time. (In South America the time zone difference is approximately 5 to 6 hours less. When it is midnight here, there it is 6 in the afternoon.) If nobody answers please leave a written message or your Skype user name. You can also call us collect from anywhere in the world.
